In that case here’s what you do…
After you have received your package, INSPECT them and make sure there are no wrong item(s), defects, or something missing. If in the case something is wrong send us an email within 5 business days to
- WE DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND. We DO issue store credit. Refunds will be given if we have made a mistake or the items had a defect upon arrival. You will be refunded by the method you bought the item(s).
- Exchanges are processed the same as a return. We will issue you a store credit and at the time of return, you can decide whether or not to exchange for the same item or purchase something else. Exchanges will depend on whether the item is still in stock.
- Sale items are final and can not be returned. Items purchased with store credit are final sale as well.
- You have 15 days from the time of shipment to return your items for store credit, after this timeframe your items will not be eligible for return.
- Shipping for return items are non-refundable, unless the mistake was on us therefore we are responsible!
- Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, leggings, etc. will be final sale.
- PLEASE! Keep tags attached and items cannot be worn or washed for credit to be given.
